Investment Research Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance teams. You will use your expertise in macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on topics such as macro‑economic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present complex, real‑world financial scenarios to test AI reasoning and identify edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback on AI outputs to guide model improvements.
• Measure AI performance against correctness and relevance criteria.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with bilingual‑level proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional experience in finance, financial analysis, or related fields.
