Regional Tax Manager

About the role

Rebill is seeking a Regional Tax Manager to own and build the tax function across its operations in six countries in the Americas. You will work directly with the founders and have influence over how the company scales its financial infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate external tax advisors in each jurisdiction and ensure deliverables are operationally useful.
• Define tax priorities, identify risks, and design group‑wide tax solutions for intercompany flows, cross‑border settlements and multi‑jurisdictional obligations.
• Oversee tax compliance for entities in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay and the United States.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and product teams to integrate tax considerations into product and payment workflows.
• Prepare documentation and reporting for investors, auditors and regulators.

Required profile

• Experienced tax professional with a managerial mindset, not just a technician.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and work with external advisors.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using AI tools for data analysis and scenario modelling.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex tax issues into actionable guidance.

Required skills
