Industrial Butcher – Meat Cutting & Processing

About the role

Join our industrial plant in Montevideo as a professional butcher responsible for high‑volume meat preparation and processing. You will work in a fast‑paced environment that values safety, hygiene and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Cut and clean meat for various preparations such as milanesas, churrascos, etc.
• Prepare and assemble products including hamburgers, meatballs and other ready‑to‑cook items.
• Weigh, package and label finished products according to specifications.
• Transport meat products within the plant safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
