About the role
The Cost Analyst will support projects by analyzing costs from early development stages through series production of plastic components. The role involves monitoring total product cost, developing component cost budgets, and managing cost changes.
Key responsibilities
- Support projects with cost analysis from initial milestones to series production.
- Monitor Total Product Cost (TPC) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop component‑level costs using top‑down budgeting.
- Set cost targets and investment goals.
- Manage all cost changes of components and related investments.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Advanced communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding and cost determination.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for cost modeling.
- Cost analysis for injected plastic parts.
- Understanding of injection molding processes.
