About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our industrial meat plant in Montevideo. The position involves preparing and processing large volumes of meat, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the production line.

Key responsibilities

Cutting and cleaning meat for various preparations such as milanesas and churrascos.
Assembling products like hamburgers and meatballs.
Weighing, packaging, and labeling meat items.
Transporting goods within the plant.
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area.
Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations.

Required profile

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume industrial environment.
Commitment to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Physical stamina for standing, lifting and repetitive motions.
Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to follow established procedures.

Required skills

Meat cutting and trimming.
Food safety and hygiene compliance.
Packaging and labeling of meat products.
Use of weighing scales and basic measurement tools.
