High Ticket Sales Closer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated High Ticket Sales Closer to join our client’s remote sales team serving the LATAM region. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing innovative decorative coating solutions and guiding them through the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to generate interest in high‑performance decorative coatings.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, documenting all activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, finishes, applications, and availability via email, chat, or phone.
• Qualify leads and forward them to the Sales Manager for deeper engagement.
• Coordinate the shipment of product samples and manage related logistics.
• Monitor the company email inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper escalation.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or design consultations and record interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with design consultants and applicators to arrange tailored demos.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales, lead generation, or cold‑calling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish is a plus.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Comfortable handling rejection and meeting performance targets.
