FP&A Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance teams. You will measure model progress, assess logical reasoning, and solve problems to raise the quality of each AI version.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Give AI chatbots diverse problems and evaluate their performance for correctness and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
