About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Data & Analytics Manager for Finance, leading the strategy and implementation of data products for the Finance function across Latin America. You will act as a bridge between business leaders and technical teams, turning complex data sets into actionable insights that drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and lead financial data analytics projects and operations across Latin America.
• Translate large data sets into insights that inform financial strategy and decision‑making.
• Manage the Data Analytics roadmap, stakeholder relationships, and broader strategic initiatives such as business development, operational efficiency, and regional expansion.
• Provide data‑driven insights and financial models to support strategic planning.
• Develop and mentor a team of data analysts and finance professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous skill growth.
• Partner with business leadership to execute the analytics agenda and identify external partners for strategic projects.
• Design custom models and algorithms to uncover patterns and trends that impact long‑term business results.
