Customer Support Consultant – Fluent English (LATAM, Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant who speaks fluent English to assist its LATAM customers. You will work remotely, providing phone, chat, and email support while helping clients resolve technical and service issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, live chat, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and customer‑related issues efficiently.
• Manage the full lifecycle of escalated tickets, from assessment through resolution and follow‑up.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely escalation and resolution of complex problems.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level, both spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Organizational, analytical, and proactive attitude.
• Reliable PC (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
