Customer Support Consultant – Fluent English – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant who speaks fluent English to join its remote LATAM team. You will provide high‑quality assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email, helping them resolve technical and service‑related issues while representing a global leader in Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support through phone calls, live chat, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and account‑related problems efficiently.
• Manage the full lifecycle of escalated tickets, from assessment to resolution and follow‑up.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely escalation of complex cases.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher) in both speaking and writing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
• Strong ability to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude with solid organizational skills.
