Creatio Data Developer

About the role

Bits In Glass, a consultancy focused on AI and automation with a portfolio of 10+ technologies, is hiring a Creatio Data Developer for its Delivery Team. The role combines database, migration, synchronization and integration knowledge with professional, client-facing skills. It centres on moving data from external systems into Creatio, synchronising data across systems and databases, and helping customers define a practical migration approach based on their architecture, data model and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery on source systems, data structures, field mappings, business rules and integration requirements.
• Design and run end-to-end migrations into Creatio, covering staging, transformation, validation, load, sequencing and cutover.
• Map entities, keys, dependencies and parent-child relationships across source and target systems.
• Build and support synchronization between databases, applications and CRM platforms, including full and incremental loads, upserts, change tracking, conflict handling and rollback.
• Cleanse, normalise, deduplicate, enrich and reconcile data, then validate completeness and accuracy after each load.
• Document mappings, transformation rules, assumptions and validation criteria.
• Troubleshoot issues across database, integration and application layers, and own the work from analysis through deployment and post-deployment support.
• Work closely with customers, analysts, developers and QA, and independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, database development or data engineering.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and confidence in client-facing discussions about architecture, scope, risks and synchronization approach.
• Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Required skills

• Creatio experience strongly preferred, including its data model, core entities and integration patterns; CRM entities such as accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products, activities and cases, and source systems such as MS Dynamics, Business Central and spreadsheets.
• Relational database and data modelling, with hands-on MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Advanced SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, views, stored procedures, functions, indexes, triggers).
• ETL/ELT pipelines, SSIS packages, REST APIs, OData and JSON.
• Git or Bitbucket and Agile delivery with Jira.
• Nice to have: Python, Microsoft Fabric, data lakes and medallion architecture, C#, reusable scripts, and practical use of AI for mapping analysis and SQL drafting.
