Corporate Treasurer

About the role

dLocal is looking for a Corporate Treasurer to join its Cash Management & Bank Relationships team within Corporate Treasury. The role will own the company’s corporate funds, analyse daily liquidity, execute payments and support strong banking relationships across multiple entities and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update daily cash positions for own‑funds entities, ensuring sufficient operating cash while minimising idle balances.
• Support short‑term cash forecasts (weekly and monthly) by consolidating inputs from Admin, Tax, People and Operations.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing cash flows (vendors, taxes, payroll, intercompany, dividends) and flag liquidity needs in advance.
• Execute and review vendor, tax, payroll and other corporate payments, ensuring data accuracy, proper approvals and timely processing.
• Maintain strong controls and documentation (PoPs, evidence in Monday/ERP, reconciliations) and ensure compliance with SOX and internal policies.
• Support opening, maintenance and closing of bank and broker accounts, coordinating with Legal, Operations Treasury and local teams.
• Manage user access and signatories on banking platforms, ensuring segregation of duties.
• Liaise with banks to resolve incidents, support KYC and documentation requests.
• Contribute to standardisation and automation of cash‑management processes and work on TMS and ERP initiatives (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury).
• Identify efficiency opportunities to reduce manual work, simplify bank‑account structures and improve reporting quality.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, People, Operations and Legal teams.
• Experience in cash management, liquidity monitoring and corporate payments.
• Familiarity with banking relationships and regulatory compliance (KYC, SOX).
