Career Framework Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Career Framework Specialist to shape and maintain the career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for its Talent organization. You will work remotely, collaborating with global HR leaders to bring clarity and scalability to role architectures across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles.
• Define role responsibilities, seniority distinctions, and ensure consistency across all Talent structures.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to align frameworks with business needs.
• Communicate updates clearly and globally, supporting audits and talent processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into simple, intuitive frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with a systems‑thinking approach.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.
• Hands‑on experience with flowchart or mapping tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
