About the role

Join BairesDev’s Talent organization as a Career Framework Specialist, shaping the structures that guide employee growth across a global tech company. You will design clear, scalable career paths and role architectures that support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles.
• Build and update role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all Talent‑related structures.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to align frameworks with business needs.
• Document and communicate updates in a clear, globally usable format.
• Support audits and Talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.
• Proven experience designing career paths, job families, or role architectures.
• Strong analytical ability to structure information into clear frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional HR or Talent teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.
• Hands‑on experience with flowchart or mapping tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
