Talent Quality Auditor – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across its Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflows against defined scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate performance using scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and high‑accuracy documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
