AI Trainer – Product Strategist for Finance Models

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will evaluate chatbot answers, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide each new model version.
• Assess AI‑generated content for correctness, performance, and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
