Virtual Assistant – Mid‑Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our growing mid‑term rental portfolio. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests and help ensure properties perform at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, and lease agreements.
• Handle tenant screening and onboarding processes.
• Monitor occupancy levels and assist with pricing updates.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications.
• Maintain listings on platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels.
• Track renewals, extensions, and move‑in/move‑out schedules.
• Maintain property records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing mid‑term rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with property‑management platforms (e.g., Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
