Coordinador de Real Estate & Mantenimiento

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized coordinator to manage the daily operations of a multi‑country property portfolio. The role bridges tenants, owners, external providers, and internal teams to ensure each property is well‑maintained, compliant, and aligned with contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily tasks of maintenance staff and external service providers.
• Handle tenant requests, evaluate alternatives, and close issues within agreed timelines.
• Facilitate approvals and communication between technical teams and property owners.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and follow up on corrective actions until resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections and document building conditions.
• Prepare management reports with KPIs on maintenance, occupancy, and costs.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose action plans.
• Control the annual maintenance budget and participate in supplier negotiations.

Required profile

• Technical or related degree, completed or advanced.
• At least two years of experience in property administration, facility management, or building maintenance.
• Proficiency with computer and management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between properties.
• Basic English (B1) proficiency.

• Use of standard office software and maintenance management systems.
