Coordinador/a de Operaciones – Soporte a CEO

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the CEO and commercial team in managing our real‑estate operations. This role ensures smooth execution of property publications, client inquiries, visit scheduling, and CRM updates.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate property publications and production.
• Manage client inquiries via online portals and WhatsApp.
• Follow up on properties and owners, ensuring timely updates.
• Organize and coordinate visit agendas for properties.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the CRM system.
• Report weekly on results, progress, and key metrics.

Required profile

• Very organized and methodical with strong autonomy.
• Good judgment and ability to make day‑to‑day operational decisions.
• Administrative or operational experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Comfortable handling repetitive and routine tasks.
• Experience in customer service and client interaction.
