About the role

GOAT.Digital is seeking a Front‑end Developer with strong Shopify theming expertise to support a growing portfolio of e‑commerce clients across LATAM. The role involves building new Shopify stores, enhancing existing sites, and turning design mock‑ups into responsive, pixel‑perfect implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes using Liquid and modern front‑end technologies.
• Convert Figma designs into clean, semantic HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript code.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects from concept through launch.
• Maintain version control with Git, manage branches and pull requests.
• Use build tools such as Gulp or Webpack to optimise assets and workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing e‑commerce sites.

Required profile

• 3+ years of front‑end development experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio of Shopify stores you have built or contributed to.
• Proficient English communication for meetings and written correspondence.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Shopify theme development and Liquid templating.
• JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front‑end patterns.
• HTML5 with clean, semantic, accessible markup.
• CSS/SCSS with responsive and adaptive design best practices.
• Git version control.
• Figma for translating designs into code.
• Build tools: Gulp or Webpack.
