Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer (Nearshore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer to design, develop, and support Service Cloud solutions and AI Agent integrations for customer service and contact center operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for contact center operations.
• Develop and enhance Agentforce/AI Agents, including topics, instructions, actions, prompts, grounding, and integrations.
• Write scalable Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Create and manage Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record‑Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched).
• Configure platform components such as objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, permission sets, and custom metadata.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks including user management, security, case management, queues, Omni‑Channel, reporting, and dashboards.
• Implement and support Service Cloud Voice and contact‑center integrations with providers like Vonage and Amazon Connect.
• Utilize SQL and SOQL to query, troubleshoot, and analyze customer and transactional data.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, product owners, and distributed development teams.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Salesforce Flows, integrations, and administration.
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations, using Named Credentials, External Credentials, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL, SOQL, and data analysis within Salesforce.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and distributed teams.
