Junior Salesforce Administrator / QA Tester

About the role

Prove Partners is consolidating two Salesforce orgs and migrating a legacy system of record into Salesforce. The company seeks a junior Salesforce administrator who will spend the majority of time on structured, repeatable quality assurance, executing full end‑to‑end test passes in sandbox environments for each release cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full end‑to‑end test passes across core business processes in sandbox environments for every release.
• Run regression suites after each configuration or code change to confirm existing functionality behaves as expected.
• Test the complete record lifecycle – creation, field updates, stage transitions, automation firing, downstream effects, and reporting output.
• Retest and close defects after fixes are deployed, ensuring no adjacent functionality is broken.
• Validate behavior after sandbox refreshes and deployments, including smoke testing of critical paths.
• Write and maintain test cases and scripts from user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Keep the test case library current: retire obsolete cases and add coverage for new functionality.
• Log defects with clear, reproducible steps, expected vs. actual results, affected records, screenshots, and severity.

Required profile

• Junior level (1–3 years) experience with Salesforce administration.
• Comfortable performing repetitive 200‑step regression passes each sprint.
• Methodical, detail‑oriented, and able to keep documentation accurate.
• Available for a minimum of 6 hours daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.
• Strong communication skills to ask real‑time questions to administrators or developers.
• Self‑disciplined and effective in a fully remote work environment.
