Senior Fullstack Developer (Python/React) – Talent Pool

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our fast‑growing healthcare AI team. You will work on scalable backend services in Python and PostgreSQL while building modern web interfaces with React. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our Montevideo office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and background task queues using Python.
• Work with SQL databases, primarily PostgreSQL, to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to implement features in React.
• Contribute to the architecture and scaling of distributed systems.
• Partner closely with the tech lead and product team to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Python (primary language).
• At least 2 years of experience using SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience building and maintaining APIs.
• Experience with background task processing and queuing systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a desire to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
