Senior Business Analyst (System Integration)

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst (System Integration) will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring middleware platforms deliver reliable, end‑to‑end processes. You will work closely with SMEs and developers to translate requirements into robust integration designs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, identify bottlenecks and failure points.
• Review source and target system documentation, including user manuals and API specs.
• Coordinate detailed field‑level mapping with business SMEs.
• Design middleware logic to preserve data integrity and process completeness.
• Provide clarifications to developers throughout implementation.
• Develop and execute SIT and UAT test cases.
• Create comprehensive documentation packages covering integration, mappings, logic and testing.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and knowledge‑transfer sessions between IT and business teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years focused on system integration.
• Proven experience with API specifications, data mappings and middleware design.
• Familiarity with integration testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and communication abilities.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
