Salesforce Developer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join its talent network and work on U.S. client projects remotely from Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement and manage modern CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Handle environments containing hundreds of custom objects, ensuring stability and performance.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver features on schedule.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, contributing to shared code libraries.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with large‑scale enterprise deployments and architecture.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
