Paid Media Specialist – eCommerce

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist to lead and scale paid acquisition for a fast‑growing U.S. direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce brand. The role is fully remote and full‑time, reporting to the marketing leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and continuously optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
• Design audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and look‑alike audiences.
• Conduct creative, copy and landing‑page A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor budgets, manage performance metrics and maximize ROAS, CPA and CAC.
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and broader marketing teams to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of recent paid‑media experience for U.S. eCommerce consumer brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to drive revenue and profitable growth.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
