Senior Amazon Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and optimise Amazon Seller Central accounts for our eCommerce client. You will drive marketplace performance, improve visibility, and increase sales through strategic product management and data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day‑to‑day management of assigned Amazon accounts.
• Monitor and analyse key metrics such as sales, profitability, conversion rate, traffic, organic ranking, TACoS and overall account health.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, variations and A+ Content.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, visibility and organic growth.
• Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns, either directly or with specialists.
• Analyse Business Reports, Brand Analytics and advertising data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, FBA performance and restocking to avoid stockouts or excess.
• Address account health issues, listing suppressions, policy violations and stranded inventory.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and other marketplace initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative, operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proven track record of driving marketplace growth.
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA, PPC, SEO and overall eCommerce strategy.
• Ability to analyse data, identify problems and propose actionable solutions.
