About the role

Join Goddard Catering Group as a Junior Cook for the Riogas service. You will be responsible for preparing daily menus with high quality, following recipes, portion sizes and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Prepare daily menu items such as minutas, pies, side dishes, salads and desserts.
Set up and replenish the service line, ensuring attractive presentation of dishes.
Follow recipes, weight specifications and proper rotation and dating of raw materials.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and keep utensils sanitized.
Assist with inventory control and provide customer service at the service line.
Comply with HACCP food safety standards and participate in Lean management processes.

Required profile

Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in catering or cafeteria services.
Basic education completed; culinary or gastronomy courses are valued.
Dynamic, proactive, organized and able to work under pressure.
Customer‑oriented with a strong team spirit.
