Digital Service Manager SAP GTS

About the role

Join the new SKF Automotive business to lead digital customs, trade compliance and global trade operations using SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS). You will ensure compliant, efficient and automated cross‑border trade across a global landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own SAP GTS across customs, compliance, risk and preference processes, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.
• Support integrated architecture with SAP S/4HANA, logistics systems and customs authority interfaces, overseeing EDI, API and messaging connections.
• Enable customs and trade compliance through HS classification, preferential origin, embargo screening and import/export process configuration.
• Drive the digital roadmap for customs automation, data governance and regulatory readiness.
• Lead GTS implementation, enhancement and integration projects and manage related budgets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in an in‑house IT organization, preferably as a Service Owner or IT Application Owner.
• Relevant academic background in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, International Trade or related field.
• Proven experience with SAP GTS in a global or regional environment.
• Strong understanding of customs management, trade compliance, HS classification, embargo checks and preferential origin.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
