About the role
Frontline is seeking an AI Implementation Analyst to join its Operations team in Montevideo and help customers get up and running with AI agents, automations and CRM integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Set up AI agents, automations and CRM for customers.
- Connect Frontline with customers’ systems, test, fix and monitor accounts.
- Handle customer requests and provide support.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in implementation, technical support or similar.
- Student or graduate in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively.
Required skills
- Comfortable working with CLI tools and APIs (or willingness to learn).
- Experience with CRM or ERP software is a plus.
