CRM Manager – Remote (AI‑Driven Outreach)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s VIP Audiences & Experiences team as a CRM Manager, working remotely to design and automate outreach sequences for high‑value client and event audiences. You will leverage generative AI tools daily to create compelling copy, enrich data, and build workflows that directly influence meetings, account expansion, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑touch outreach campaigns across email, direct mail, and event follow‑up for VIP segments.
• Develop and maintain AI‑assisted automation workflows linking outreach, CRM, and data enrichment platforms.
• Use Claude as the primary AI assistant for copywriting, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
• Track, analyze, and report pipeline metrics such as meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Own data enrichment processes to keep VIP contact records accurate, current, and actionable.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing.
• In‑house experience at a US‑based B2B company (agency or contractor work does not qualify).
• Background in B2B SaaS or tech‑services industry.
• Hands‑on experience with outreach automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Reply.io).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools, preferably Claude, with strong prompt‑engineering skills.
• Experience building automation workflows with Zapier, n8n, or Make.com.
• Proficiency in a CRM system such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• STEM or quantitative degree (or equivalent data‑focused experience) and advanced English proficiency.
