Commercial Contracts Manager

About the role

Sabre is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager to join its global Commercial Contracts team. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and streamlining commercial agreements that support sales, development and product initiatives across a matrixed, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and manage custom commercial agreements, templates and specialized contracts with travel agencies and developers.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Tax teams to accelerate negotiation cycles and align key terms.
• Lead project‑management initiatives to improve contract processes, write business requirements and implement new agreement frameworks.
• Act as the primary liaison between commercial teams, customer legal counsel and internal attorneys for complex post‑signature queries.
• Apply generative AI and contract‑automation tools to reduce manual drafting effort and increase deal velocity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts in a high‑volume technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to analyze commercial models, assess risk and synthesize strategic business terms.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership skills in a global matrix organization.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
