About the role
This position is for a Junior Lawyer to join the corporate legal team of #CMLawyers UY. The role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, supporting contract drafting, corporate matters and litigation assistance while developing professional legal skills.
Key responsibilities
- Join the corporate legal team and support its daily activities.
Required profile
- Advanced law student or newly graduated lawyer.
- Interest or experience in contracts, corporate law or litigation.
- Proactive attitude with good personal presentation.
- Strong organizational capacity, high commitment and responsibility.
- Availability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (user level).
- English at First Certificate level or higher (verifiable).
