About the role

We are seeking a qualified Lawyer and Public Notary in Uruguay with a deep specialization in corporate and registry law, focusing exclusively on the formation and management of Limited Liability Companies (S.R.L.). The professional will work directly with the Dirección General de Registros (DGR) and related tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and file incorporation, amendment, and regularization documents for S.R.L. entities.
• Analyze, respond to, and resolve registry observations, including filing appeals or oppositions.
• Obtain and manage RUT numbers for newly formed companies with DGI/BPS, including foreign‑registered entities.
• Maintain compliance with tax and registration procedures, and provide advisory support on corporate governance.

Required profile

• Law degree and Notary public qualification.
• Proven experience with DGR processes for S.R.L. formation and modification.
• Demonstrated ability to handle registry observations and legal appeals.
• Experience obtaining RUT numbers for both domestic and foreign companies.
