Client Relationship Specialist (Portuguese speaker)

About the role

Exness is looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Client Relationship Specialist to join its Uruguay office. You will be the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of clients, ensuring risk protection, accurate profiling, and high‑quality service while supporting the company’s compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of lower‑volume, high‑monitoring clients and act as the main remote contact via calls, chats, and email.
• Establish a regular engagement cadence to build trust and visibility.
• Identify early churn or risk signals and escalate as needed.
• Drive completion and accuracy of client profiling data across internal systems.
• Prepare Source of Funds (SOF) and Source of Deposit (SDF) documentation before regulatory thresholds.
• Validate client information through direct interaction, documentation, and open‑source checks.
• Maintain clear justification records for profiling and SOF outcomes.
• Provide exceptional service to both dedicated key‑value clients and non‑dedicated clients.
• Support compliance by collecting SOF documents and adhering to KYC requirements.
• Stay updated on regulatory standards, market developments, and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native Portuguese speaker.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
