Application Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

Join the Platform & Production Reliability team to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of mission‑critical trading systems. You will own the day‑to‑day reliability of .NET/C# services running on Windows, starting with an in‑house liquidity bridge that connects MetaTrader servers to external liquidity providers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑call rotation, lead incident response, and perform root‑cause analysis for production trading systems.
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards, Prometheus alerts, and health views for applications, infrastructure, and databases.
• Instrument .NET services to improve telemetry, metrics, logging, and visibility into service health.
• Define, implement, and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Troubleshoot issues across .NET/C# applications, Windows Server, Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.
• Improve deployment safety, release automation, and rollback strategies.
• Automate operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Create and maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and incident response procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in production support or reliability engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure during incidents.
• Experience collaborating with software engineers to improve operability and resilience.
