About the role

We are a performance‑driven YouTube ad creative agency seeking an AI Video Producer to generate high‑quality video assets for ecommerce brands. You will translate creative briefs into AI‑generated footage, ensuring each clip aligns with direct‑response messaging and drives measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Craft precise prompts for AI video platforms such as VEO3, Kling, Heygen, and Runway.
• Produce raw video clips that match creative briefs and ad strategies.
• Iterate on AI outputs to improve quality, consistency, and performance.
• Convert written scripts and concepts into visual scenes using AI tools.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and editors to maintain alignment on direction and deliverables.
• Stay current with emerging AI video technologies and prompting techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality.
• Optimize workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience with AI video generation tools (VEO3, Kling, Heygen, Runway, etc.).
• Strong prompting skills and ability to control output style and quality.
• Good visual sense with understanding of storytelling, pacing, and composition.
• Ability to follow detailed creative briefs and deliver accurate visual outputs.
• Experience in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
• Highly self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with iterative testing cycles.
