About the role

Frontline is seeking an Account Executive to join its Montevideo office. As one of the first salespeople, you will report directly to a co‑founder and take full ownership of building and running revenue for an AI‑native CRM platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and refine the sales playbook that will be scaled across the organization.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure customer feedback informs product improvements.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including delivering product demos.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
  • Experience selling to SMB or mid‑market customers in Latin America.
  • Fluent Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
