Senior iOS Engineer

About the role

Goods & Services is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to design and deliver high‑quality medical mobile applications and SDKs. The role involves collaborating with local and offshore teams to create world‑class software for regulated medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver iOS Swift applications and SDKs.
• Implement unit and UI tests for core functionality and UI workflows.
• Participate in co‑located Scrum teams with developers, testers, product owners, and Scrum masters.
• Work with product managers and UX designers to define new features.
• Mentor and motivate developers to follow best practices and architectural patterns.
• Ensure consistency and quality in software architecture and implementation.
• Evaluate new technologies, create prototypes, and follow design assurance SOPs.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years of iOS development.
• Strong understanding of iOS architectural patterns and design.
• Desire to work with The Composable Architecture (TCA) or similar unidirectional flow patterns.
• Experience owning software modules and ensuring their quality.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Required skills

• Kotlin Multiplatform for cross‑platform mobile apps (nice to have).
• Bluetooth and BLE (nice to have).

• CI/CD pipeline management.
• Git version control.
• Agile Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of FDA and HIPAA regulations (nice to have).
