Senior Agentic Product Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Agentic Product Designer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to create AI‑native, SaaS and workflow automation experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client product teams and contribute to daily design and engineering discussions.
• Lead end‑to‑end design initiatives for complex platforms, including AI‑powered copilots and conversational interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and handoff workflows in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in an agile environment to deliver high‑quality features.
• Identify and solve design challenges, ensuring accessibility and visual consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product or UX/UI design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI‑native, SaaS or complex platform work.
• Experience working on large, complex systems and Agile/Scrum teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, component libraries, variables, prototyping, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design and accessibility principles.
