Product Designer – Figma & AI (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers, engineers, and product managers, using Figma and emerging AI‑assisted tools to create high‑quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client product teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Design user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems that scale across complex products.
• Leverage Agentic AI and prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate iteration and experimentation.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards are met.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong visual design sensibility and modern product design mindset.
• Ability to solve complex problems, iterate quickly, and maintain high design quality.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to take extreme ownership.

Required skills

• Figma for wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design systems.
• Agentic AI or other AI‑assisted design tools.
• Prompt‑driven workflow experience.
• UI/UX design principles, interaction design, and user‑centered methodologies.
• Design systems, scalability, and systems thinking.
• Usability testing, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
