About the role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy and manage the full sales cycle for a technology agency that delivers software development and staff augmentation services to US clients. The role is pivotal for the agency’s growth and requires a results‑driven professional who can work autonomously and communicate fluently in English.
Key responsibilities
- Design, execute and continuously optimise the end‑to‑end sales process.
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities, including participation in industry events and conferences.
- Qualify leads, manage them in a CRM system and conduct meetings with decision‑makers such as founders, CTOs and agency leaders.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and high‑impact presentations.
- Collaborate with the management team on overall growth strategy.
- Report sales metrics, forecasts and pipeline updates on a regular basis.
Required profile
- Residency in Uruguay with the ability to work on‑site in Carrasco on a hybrid schedule.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in a nearshoring or software services company.
- Advanced spoken and written English, capable of holding meetings with international clients.
- Proven experience selling software development services to the United States.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience using Apollo for prospecting.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or comparable tools.
