Hiring Journey Analyst – Remote

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Analyst you will be the central point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience while supporting BairesDev’s fast‑paced talent acquisition needs.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, follow up on their progress and maintain high engagement.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges and assessments.
• Act as the liaison between candidates and clients during interviews, ensuring clear and precise information flow.
