Hiring Journey Analyst – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates worldwide. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, guiding applicants through each step of the hiring process for both technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with candidates, providing updates and fostering commitment throughout the selection process.
• Record and manage applicant data, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, ensuring clear information flow.
• Schedule and track interviews, tests, and assessments while keeping candidates engaged.
• Deliver comprehensive candidate information to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Talent for building rapport and influencing candidate experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
