Community & Developer Ops Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community & Developer Ops Coordinator to join a small, high‑performing team that supports one of the most active AI and frontier‑tech developer communities. The role blends talent operations, developer communications, and community building, requiring flexibility and a hands‑on attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Support fast‑paced recruiting projects for AI/RLHF clients, managing pipelines, applications, and candidate screening.
• Run candidate‑facing campaigns such as onboarding, ID checks, contract signing, and re‑activations.
• Manage multi‑channel communications (Slack, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email) and shared inboxes with timely, accurate responses.
• Plan, promote, host, and follow up on community events including AMAs, happy hours, hackathons, and developer sessions.
• Maintain speaker pipelines, welcome new Slack members, and keep community channels active.
• Update documentation, FAQs, Canva assets, and create processes that improve efficiency.
• Own special projects from start to finish.
