FullStack Java & React Technical Leader (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Technical Leader with strong Java and React expertise to drive the design and delivery of cloud‑native, distributed services. The role is fully remote and involves guiding a high‑performing development team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud‑based, distributed service architectures.
• Own technical delivery of platform modules, covering backend (Java) and frontend (React) development.
• Write clean, robust code and ensure high‑quality standards through code reviews.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration processes.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to team members.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, communicating their value.
• Guide the team through complex technical environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and React.
• Strong understanding of Java development patterns and cloud architecture.
• Proven experience leading teams in complex technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (advanced).
• Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders, translating technical concepts.
