Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join Heynow, an early‑stage startup. You will support the day‑to‑day execution of product features, working closely with cross‑functional teams to keep projects on track from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution, monitoring and closure of assigned product features.
• Coordinate schedules and milestones with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks related to features and propose corrective actions.
• Collect lessons learned and suggest process improvements.
• Provide regular progress feedback to the project leader.
• Spot opportunities for improvement during execution.

Required profile

• Analytical, autonomous and proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Interest in growing a career in project management.
• 1‑3 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Advanced studies or degree in a technology‑related field.
