About the role

We are looking for a senior sales professional to drive new business for BairesDev’s technology solutions. The role focuses on identifying, nurturing and closing enterprise‑level clients in consumer sectors such as retail, logistics and distribution, all on a fully remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise clients across various industries.
• Generate and qualify leads, present tailored value propositions to senior executives, and close new logos.
• Scope projects, define business solutions, and coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, UX, technical, delivery) throughout the sales cycle.
• Plan and manage lead‑generation activities, pipelines and revenue targets.
• Identify risks and develop tactical mitigation plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
• Proven track record as a hunter acquiring midsize and enterprise accounts.
• Deep understanding of technology consulting, software systems and data trends.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Native English or fully bilingual proficiency.
