Agentic Product Designer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client product teams and contribute to all phases of design, from discovery to high‑fidelity implementation.
• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, building prototypes, design systems, and component libraries.
• Use AI‑assisted tools such as Cursor to accelerate iteration and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Design workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots, and automation systems.
• Maintain continuous integration and delivery of design assets and ensure seamless handoff to engineering.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and AI/ML teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to lead complex, large‑scale design projects and take extreme ownership of outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive mindset, and the capacity to work 40 hours per week remotely.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, and developer handoff.
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (or similar AI‑assisted design environments) to speed up design and iteration.
• Deep understanding of agentic UX principles, AI‑native product patterns, and human‑AI interaction design.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, usability best practices, and building reusable design systems.
