Vice President Retail Banking - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. You will work remotely as an independent contractor, reviewing AI responses, testing complex scenarios, and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each model version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and overall performance.

Required profile

• Experienced finance professional with advanced degree (MBA+) or strong real‑world experience.
• Fluent in English at a bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
